Body Back is a women’s only total body workout combining strength, cardio and core with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Body Back is also a meal plan, food journal, before/after assessments and online coaching/support. Body Back is a results driven class that will give every Mom her body back or help her find an even better one!
